whitelabelseo.com reserves the right to prohibit conduct, communication or content which it deems in its discretion to be harmful to individual users or other third-party rights, or to violate any applicable law.

By law, an order placed by you, the reseller, is an intent to buy and cannot rescind solely because of a change in mind. Orders placed through this website are not altered in any way unless authorised to do so by you, the reseller. You acknowledge that whitelabelseo.com Services may be automatically renewed unless otherwise requested by yourself. All orders are processed according to authorisation to do so. If there are any changes contact us immediately.

All services ordered from Whitelabelers Ltd can only be completed in English. If a client orders a service with a different website language, they are responsible in adding an English version of the website prior to Whitelabelers Ltd continuing with services. Submission based services can be completed in any language. All orders placed through Whitelabelers Ltd are non refundable.

a. Service Renewal

You acknowledge that whitelabelseo.com services may be automatically renewed unless otherwise requested by yourself. All times and dates are recorded in GMT time.

In order to cancel a subscription, the account holder must login to their account to verify themselves and request cancellation from the subscriptions management console. For administration purposes, up to 10 business days should be allowed from the time this cancellation request is provided, to when the account cancellation occurs.

In order to cancel a PayPal subscription, log into your PayPal account, go to your profile and click My Money. Your agreement is in My Pre-approved Payments.

b. SEO Package Subscription Purchases

A contract is created between whitelabelseo.com and you, the reseller, upon receipt of your pre-paid subscription order and payment details via the whitelabelseo.com website.

Under the pre-paid subscription contract, you agree to have whitelabelseo.com fulfill search engine marketing services, on the specified URL/s (web pages) for the full duration of the specified pre-paid subscription period, as purchased.

Pre-paid subscriptions are exempt from refunds, credits or compensation for any outstanding services or deliverable outcomes caused by the early termination/cancellation of the pre-paid subscription contract by the reseller, except when exemption is provided by our 45 day guarantee of service (point ‘2.c’ below).

c. Service Lock in or Contract Periods

There are no lock in contracts with this service. The service is billed monthly and may be cancelled or put on hold at anytime via the Whitelabelers Ltd’ reseller subscription management area.

d. 45 Day Money Back Guarantee and Service Delivery

Whitelabelers Ltd will endeavor to fulfill search engine marketing services on the specified URLs (web pages) provided for each service purchased. If a specific URL is not provided for any service(s), the main website URL provided during Step 1 of the ordering process may be used to complete the service. We are confident that the search engine ranking (position) of your URL (website) will improve (get closer towards the 1st result on page 1 of a search) for at least one of the chosen key phrases within 45 days of the campaign going live. If we fail to achieve positive movement in any of your chosen search phrases within 45 days you are entitled to claim a full refund of all fees paid towards this service.

You must apply for the money back guarantee by contacting our team within 52 days of service campaign going live. Applications made after this time period has elapsed will be considered invalid. Any rulings on the above terms of the Money Back Guarantee made by Whitelabelers Ltd are final.

Any guarantees and product claims only apply if all suggested optimisation changes are implemented correctly (as determined by Whitelabelers Ltd) on the web pages associated with the service as agreed upon at the time of order. If any changes are made to the content, meta tags or any other modification delivered by Whitelabelers Ltd as part of the SEO packages, this will impact Whitelabelers Ltd’ ability to deliver the specified rankings and will therefore void all ranking guarantees.

e. On-Page Changes of websites for SEO purposes

All text content remains the sole property of Whitelabelers Ltd if the 45 day money back guarantee is exercised. If we have provided page edits, we can remove any content we have provided at the time to exercising your guarantee.

We will provide a document with any changes (HTML + text) that need to be made to the website that the SEO package is pertaining to. These changes can be authorised by your client and then exercised by you, the reseller, or can be exercised by our design team, subject to them being given suitable access to the website via FTP, CMS (content management systems) or other means. In some instances CMS systems are unable to perform all the required changes, in which case we will advise you.

f. Packages Cancellations

The service for each client (SEO Package) is billed monthly and may be cancelled or put on hold at anytime via the Whitelabelers Ltd’ reseller subscription management area.

On cancellation of individual packages – there are no pro-rata refunds. We will continue the work required by the package until the expiration date, which will represent the proportion of the package price.

g. Pricing and Billing

Whitelabelers Ltd is an international company based in the United Kingdom. Company registration number 09320761. Prices on the website are listed and charged in a variety of currencies (via PayPal). Due to the constant fluctuation in exchange rates, this may result in some small variations in the package prices between currencies. Whitelabelers Ltd cannot be held responsible for any variations in International exchange rates that may affect the total price.

You acknowledge and agree that Whitelabelers Ltd may change its pricing structure at any time at its sole discretion.

Whitelabelers Ltd reserves the right to employ the services of a debt collector in the event that a charge-back for services is received. We reserve the right to recover any costs associated with recovering this debt.

a. Discount

The value of the discount shall be as represented by the offer as stipulated in the details of the promotion. The discount may be applied to a particular product only or to an entire order placed via the checkout process.

The discount(s) shall only be applied to the first order and not subsequent (repeating) orders, unless specifically stated.

b. Redemption

Coupons and coupon codes may be subject to an expiry date. All times and dates are recorded in GMT time.

Coupon codes may be subject to a redemption limit, after which coupons are no longer redeemable. Whitelabelers Ltd is solely responsible for the record keeping of coupon redemption.

Coupons are not redeemable for cash and are non transferable. Failure to enter this code correctly will constitute an invalid code and the discount will not be applied.

Due to any reasons beyond our control that causes your order not to be completed within the suggested timeframe, due to problem router systems, internet downtimes or any other reason, Whitelabelers Ltd reserves the right to complete the technical services of the orders within 30 working days time of successful charging of an order deducting weekends.

c. Security

Affiliate Relationship

This Affiliate relationship is one of independent contractors. Whitelabelers Ltd will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages arising in connection with this program and our aggregate liability arising with respect to this program will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you. Whitelabelers Ltd makes no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the program. In addition, Whitelabelers Ltd makes no representation that the operation of the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and Whitelabelers Ltd will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.

Revocation of Affiliate Status

Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:

Violation of intellectual property rights
